The articles, guides, FAQs, and examples on this site are general information about business insurance. They are not legal advice, and they are not an insurance policy or contract. Your actual coverage is defined entirely by the policy documents issued by your insurance carrier — if anything on this site seems to conflict with your policy, the policy wins, every time. Coverage requirements also vary by state and by contract, so confirm your specific situation with a licensed agent.
Prices shown through our online quoting tools are real quotes, but every quote is subject to carrier underwriting review. A carrier may verify the information you provided, ask follow-up questions, adjust the price, or decline the risk. Quotes are also based on the accuracy of what you enter — incomplete or inaccurate information can change or void a quote, and can affect coverage after purchase.
This one matters, so we'll be blunt: no coverage is bound until it is confirmed in writing or a policy is issued. Submitting a quote form, receiving a price, requesting coverage, or leaving us a voicemail does not create insurance. Do not cancel existing coverage or represent to anyone that you're insured until you have written confirmation of binding or an issued policy in hand.
Experts of Insurance is a Signature Insurance company. Insurance products are offered through licensed insurance producers of Signature Insurance Agency, an independent agency headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky and licensed in all 50 states. Products, carriers, and coverage availability vary by state. Certificates of insurance issued through us describe coverage in force at the time of issuance and confer no rights beyond the underlying policies.
Use the site honestly: enter accurate information about your business, don't submit information about other people without their permission, and don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the site or its forms. The content, branding, and design of this site belong to us and our licensors — you're welcome to read and share links, but not to republish it as your own.
The site is provided "as is." While we work to keep everything accurate and available, we make no warranties about uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Experts of Insurance and Signature Insurance Agency are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits the obligations an insurance carrier owes you under an issued policy, or any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Fayette County, Kentucky.
